Z-axis Assembly - A1 Mini - FAC030

The Z-axis Assembly is a comprehensive vertical motion kit. It is responsible for moving the X-axis gantry (and the toolhead) up and down with micrometer-level precision. This module is the "spine" of the printer, integrating the vertical square steel rail and the driving mechanical components into one rigid unit.

Replacing the full assembly is typically recommended if the main Z-axis pillar is bent, the lead screw has sustained deep physical damage, or if the internal bearing surfaces have developed excessive "slop" that cannot be tuned out. It ensures the printer maintains its ability to perform Auto Z-Offset and high-frequency vibration compensation.
