• The H2D TPU High-Flow Kit includes 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm TPU High-Flow hotends and the required components for installation.

1. Limitations: After installing the TPU hotend, the filament cutter installation is not supported, so the filament cutter function cannot be used, and the right nozzle does not support automatic filament changing and automatic filament feeding and retracting.

2. Only flexible filaments are allowed: The TPU hotend has a special inner coating, printing hard filaments is prohibited (such as PLA, PETG, TPU for AMS), otherwise it will cause the coat to wear and fail.

3. Position Limitation: The TPU hotend can only be installed on the right nozzle. If it is installed on the left nozzle, it will cause the nozzle lifting mechanism to malfunction.

Reliable High-Speed TPU Printing

     

The specially designed hotend reduces extrusion resistance and extends the melting zone, enabling faster and more stable TPU printing. When printing 90A TPU, it delivers up to 100% higher flow rate and cuts print time by around 30% for typical applications such as footwear.

Print parameters are precisely fine-tuned for all Bambu TPU filaments when used with the TPU High-Flow Kit. No manual tweaking required—sticky TPU materials to print smoothly right out of the box.
