CAZ 3D Shipping Policy

At CAZ 3D, we are committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes and expectations.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days to most major cities in Canada. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, with remote areas potentially taking longer.

  • All items are shipped from our facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on filament orders over $150 before taxes. This offer applies to deliveries within Canada only. Some regions of Canada may be subject to additional shipping charges for filament and or printers. These charges will be calculated after your order is placed and we will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.

  • Shipping fees on printers are added automatically to the printer price as a standard rate if you are shipping outside of Winnipeg. If you are shipping outside of Winnipeg, make sure you select the Canada Delivery option on the printer page. If you do not select the correct shipping option, the shipping fees will be added to your order accordingly and we will not ship your order till they are paid. If you would like a custom quote for shipping on more than one printer, please contact us.

  • Pick-up/ Local delivery is only available within Winnipeg Manitoba Canada.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping charges are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned printers and accessories. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and processing the returned merchandise. 

Delivery Delays

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or public holidays. If you experience any delays, feel free to contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
