CAZ 3D Return Policy
At CAZ 3D, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the items you ordered from the CAZ 3D Store within 14 days of receiving them based on the conditions below. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and we reserve the right to deny refunds if all conditions are not met.
Return Process

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Any warranty case must be submitted via our support@caz3d.com email.

All return requests must be submitted to our official customer support first and the package must be returned to our designated address. Otherwise, you could be liable for the loss of the returned items. Any return that has not been confirmed and monitored by customer support might be lost.

Return Request Email:

Include the original invoice number of the order you want to return, or the order number, and the item's serial number if applicable.

Provide a brief description of the return reason, such as goods issue along with clear evidence of its presence (e.g., photos or videos, and log files where relevant).

Customer Support Assistance:

Our Customer Support team will assist you in returning the item once a return request is received.

Shipping Options:

If you decide to return the items on your own, please provide us with a tracking number. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we’re not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.

Packaging:

To prevent any damage during transport, all returned goods must be in the original box and packing material. Please re-use the box and packing material in which you received it.

Processing Returns:

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Please keep in touch with us and check your email from time to time to ensure we receive your return. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, we might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.
Refunds

Once we issue a refund, it can take up to 7 business days for it to reflect in your original payment method.

The original shipping charges and shipping fee tax will not be refunded.

If you refuse the package and have your order returned to us before delivery, or choose to return the package after delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

​Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may deny the return.

Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all printer returns.
Filament Returns

We do not accept returns on filament if the plastic bag has been opened. If you have questions on printing with any filaments please contact our support team at support@caz3d.com
